Desmond Cullen
Desmond is a fitness professional certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He also holds a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist certification and has over 8 years of experience in the field. Throughout his career he has worked with total beginners to high school and collegiate athletes.
Desmond's approach focuses on proper functional mechanics of the human body and a goal of overall physical health and wellness.

Bonnie Zanin
Bonnie has been a fitness professional for over 30 years and holds certifications as a personal trainer with NASM and as a group fitness instructor with ACE. She enjoys working with her clients and feels very passionate about helping them reach their fitness goals.

Bonnie currently teaches a of variety classes and has enjoyed the many friendships she has made teaching and training at the club. Bonnie brings high energy, enthusiasm and fun to all her classes. Come join her and prepare to sweat, get fit and have fun.
Lisa Stager
Lisa has a bachelors of science degree in exercise physiology and has been a personal trainer at ARFC for six years. She has been involved in the fitness industry periodically for the past 31 years.
Lisa is a Stability and Mobility specialist, certified Surfset instructor, and is currently working on obtaining her Corrective Exercise certification. She enjoys working with clients on personal level and she's passionate about helping every client reach their specific goals. She teaches both group fitness and small group fitness. Her classes include Cardio Circuit, Exergame, Small Group Training, and Surfset.
In her spare time Lisa loves to trail run and has completed 5k and 10K runs as well as a few half marathons
Erin Jones
Erin Jones holds licenses as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), as well as three qualifications in TRX group and functional fitness. She has been interested in health and fitness since high school and wants to help clients reach their goals, whether it's just getting them through the door, or motivating them to be their very best. Better health and happiness comes from the realization you can achieve more than you thought possible. Seeing clients achieve their goals and gain a sense of power over those goals is what inspires her.
When Erin is not at work, she enjoys skiing, camping and spending time with her husband and young son.
Lindsey Martinez
Lindsey has several certifications through the American Council on Exercise, including Personal Training, Group Fitness Instruction, Senior Fitness Specialist, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Additionally, she has completed Reformer 1 Instruction through Balance Body. Lindsey has earned a Bachelor's Degree, Magna Cum Lade, in Sports and Health Sciences with a concentration on Exercise Science. In the future, she hopes to obtain certifications in Corrective Exercise and possibly Medical Exercise.
Lindsey's passion for helping people drives her to continually learn so she can be an asset to anyone who needs help improving their health and fitness. Lindsey's favorite thing about being a trainer, connecting with people and working to make a positive difference in her clients' quality of life.
Macaela Smith
Macaela is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is currently working on a Women's Fitness Specialist certification and Nutritionist certification through NASM.
Macaela's passion for fitness began while competing on a swim team throughout her youth. Her personal fitness journey includes multiple half marathons and five full marathons! One of her life goals is to eventually run an ultra marathon!
After having kids, Macaela found the importance of balancing strength and resistance training with her running. She enjoys working with clients of all backgrounds and fitness levels. Macaela understands fitness is not a one size fits all thing. It's important to find sustainable movement you enjoy and that works for you. In her spare time, she loves hiking, attending local community events and traveling with her husband and two sons.
Bryan Twardus
Bryan Twardus was born in Auburn and grew up playing football and baseball throughout school. After graduating from Sacramento State with an Exercise Science degree, Bryan went right into the fitness industry where he's been ever since. He enjoys playing with his twins Eden and Jackson as well as going on trail runs. He believes fitness should be fun and you should enjoy the process.
