Stroke & Turn Clinics

Auburn Racquet & Fitness Club offers Stroke & Turn clinics for children interested in improving stroke technique, swimming in a year-round program, or preparing for the summer Swim Team.

Clinics are divided into two groups—beginner/intermediate and advanced and run August through May. Each month, other than summer swim team months, kids will be in the water at least three times a week working on their stroke technique.

There's no better way to improve technique and enhance you child's self esteem at the same time. So come on in, the water's fine.
